Step 1: Book Your Appointment

It all starts with a call. We will get to know each other and develop a plan that works for you to move forward. You will have a regular appointment time each week so you can consistently implement what you are learning as you transform your life.

Step 2: Engage in Your Process

In working through your ADHD, I will take you through a 3 step process where you will develop tools, gain insight into who you are and begin to see changes that impact your career, relationships and spiritual well being.

Step 3: Align Your Life

Imagine what it would feel like to live with more calm and confidence. Through our work together you will begin to find your voice and begin to make decisions and changes that truly align with who you are and not your diagnosis.
